Abstract: the
application of science and technology to production development is one of the
important orientations for Vietnam's agriculture in the new period to increase
productivity, ensure food security and minimize negative impacts of the climate
change. Land is an important element for agricultural production, but Vietnam
encounters the situation of fragmented fields. The land accumulation and
concentration for production is a pressing issue. In this article, the author
analyzes and clarifies the concept of land accumulation and concentration, its
basic forms, thereby proposing a number of orientations to ensure land
accumulation and concentration in Vietnam today.
